HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We currently accept payment for our products using Interac e-Transfer from a Canadian bank account. Orders will be processed after the e-transfer is received. We only accept eTransfer because credit card companies do not allow online sales for these types of products.
I HAVE SENT MY INTERAC E-TRANSFER PAYMENT. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you have sent your e-transfer, it may take up to 45 minutes for us to receive an email notification of your payment. Just so you know, your e-transfer will be pending until we receive the e-transfer.
When your payment is received, your order will ship within 1 business day. Delivery by Canada Post Xpresspost will take 2-3 business days once it is shipped. You will receive your tracking number by email after it has been shipped.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
We charge a flat rate of $20.00 for XPRESSPOST shipping Canada-wide through Canada Post.
*For customers who spend $350 or more on their order, shipping is FREE.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE THAT MY PRODUCT PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE AFTER ORDERING?
We suggest that you use a mailing address that you know is not compromised and is secure, and only you have access to receive the products that we mail to you. On very rare occasions, packages sent in the mail do go missing, but that applies to every industry. Once a package is shipped, we will email you the tracking number.
WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR ORDERS AND SHIPPING DAILY?
At 11 am daily, the orders for that day are cut off, and all pending paid orders are shipped, and tracking numbers are sent to waiting clients. If you place an order after 11 am daily, that order is shipped the following business day. If you submit your order before 11 am and your payment arrives after, the order will still go out the following business day
HOW DOES THE MAIL SERVICE TRACKING PROCESS WORK?
Every package sent via courier mail has a unique ID tracking number. This tracking number will show all of the details along the journey of the mail-order products as they come closer to arriving to you. We send customers their tracking numbers in the late afternoon of the day that the items are shipped, as our shipping team is out of the office with the packing slips until that time. Which means your mail order products will ship midday, but the tracking numbers are not sent until later.
